What signature level is available?
The initial offer is a reinforced simple electronic signature with email OTP, cryptographic sealing and a complete evidence package. Advanced signature is only presented when the selected identity and activation journey genuinely supports it.
Is SignEuropa a qualified trust service provider?
No. SignEuropa does not claim QTSP status and does not offer qualified electronic signatures in this version. The architecture is prepared for a future qualified provider integration.
Where is data hosted?
Production data is intended to be hosted and backed up within the European Union, with encryption in transit and at rest and organisation-level isolation.
What is included in the evidence package?
It records document fingerprints, signer details, authentication and consent events, timestamps, technical context and verification information in readable and structured formats.
Can I integrate signatures into my application?
Yes. The versioned REST API supports signature requests, signers, documents, evidence and signed webhooks. A sandbox is available for development.
